International schools in HCMC and other cities

Hello, I'm from the US and looking to relocate to VN for business.

I would love to have some opinions on the international schools in HCMC and other cities in Vietnam. Could the top-tier ones (SSIS, BIS,...) have the same education quality as good schools in the US? A quick research shows that these schools can cost USD$30000/year which is similar to a typical private school in America.
