Hi everyone!
I'm Mariana, I'm a Portuguese ex-expat in the Netherlands and I returned to Portugal. I'm here in the group because back then I found it would be so needed to have had help in my own language in terms of mental health during my transition - so here I am trying to provide what I needed back then.
