LTVP for mother of Student Pass holder

hi all, does the Student Pass holder need to be below a certain age if an LTVP is to be issued to his/her mother? I am referring to the this scheme here . Can someone who is over 35 and pursuing full time higher studies at an Institute of Higher Learning use this to apply for an LTVP for his mother? Thanks in advance for your answers!

OF COURSE this only works for minor students, who need a guardian!

Foryour case, your parent would need a DP, but that requires you to have an income above S$10000/month - unlikely for a student who isn't allowed to work.
