Spass Appeal

Hello

My new spass application was rejected on Sep 3. so when i check its shown below as usual *your application has not been approved. pls talk to your agent or employer*.

this status remain the same until 26sep.

on 26 sep its got additional message like

*As it is non login portal,

we r only able to offer limited information due to privacy/ security issue*

does it mean the employer appeal is in process? they said they will appeal for me next month. but the message change due to they already appeal for me? Please let me know.
