Hi everyone, this is my first time relocating to Sg. Obtained EP In-principle approval with 24 months duration.

May have family and may stay put with current job, any implication if we request company to cancel the IPA?

Is Medical Check up is compulsory? Saw its under declaration ie not suffer TB & etc.

Appreciate your advice in advance.

It is not clear what your question is.

In case you want to know what the consequences of cancelling an already issued IPA has: You cannot work at that new job, might offend the employer and MoM sees such changes ofmind as negative - so don't attempt to change jobs again for a few years!
