Singapore travel whilst changing jobs

Hi,

I am working in Singapore with an EP. Will be changing jobs soon and my new employer has applied for a new EP. Once I receive the IPA from my new employer, I'll quit my current job.

I do have quite a bit of annual leave which I am planning to use up for travelling out of Singapore. Will be there an issue when entering Singapore back as my current EP will still be valid whilst the IPA from my new employer has already been issued?
