Hello, after graduation of my bachelor in business management, I found a cleaning company who offered me a letter of active partner to the company. I have applied for a professional card to work as self-employed, with all the necessary documents through an enterprise counter. Two weeks later, I received an email from the person in charge of my file requesting for some few more information to complete my application. I have sent them the required answers. It's been more than two weeks now. I wanted to find out if the decision about my application will sent via email or via a registered mail to my home address. Through which means do I receive this decision from Brussels economy. Thank you in advance

You can track your file from where you applied for (online) but most of time that portal updating far after your file updated.

Normally they also should contact you via email. In my case i learned it from municipality , and after 2 months later my file was updated.
