Working in Khobar and living in Bahrain

Hi there,

I have an opportunity to work in Al Khobar and to live in Bahrain. How is that feasible (I know there is a causeway) How long it takes each way including borders crossing??? Where to live in Bahrain to reduce distance (we have no kids going to school)
