Hai Everyone
Can anyone suggest me any decent budget(under 10 BD for a day) hotel in manama or near by areas for three days stay,as I am coming from doha to bahrain for visa change.

I don't think that you can find a hotel accommodation in Bahrain with such low budget. Personally I didn't hear of any but I hope other members can assist with their knowledge.

You may also check hotel bookings websites, it might give you a chance to come across hotel rooms that could suit your budget :)

I don't think you're going to be able to get a hotel at that budget. You might want to ask your friends if someone has a friend in Bahrain who can help you stay here for a while. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay here for 3 days and fly here and then fly back if you're doing this for visa purposes only.
