Hello everyone, my name is Will

I'm finally making the move to Thailand and decided last minute I might want to live in Chang Mai instead of Bangkok...  Workwise, the best idea I have right now is to buy old condos, fix them up internally and resell. I'm not sure about how easy it is to repeat buy/ sell in thailand and not expecting to get rich but just have an income.

My hobbies are a bit geeky so I won't list them, but I do like travel, cooking and food in general, I'm not fussy and I'm not a snob.
The other thing which is really important for me is the way foreigners treat thais. The way we behave abroad is not always a pleasant site. Lets try to be polite to people from all levels of society.

I do not believe the condo market in CM is big enough to make much if any money doing what you describe.
