Hi,

Without a recognised degree, you are limited to EP P1 (requires salary above S$8000/month) or S-Pass (subject to quotas and levies and usually salaries not above S$3000/month).
The self-assessment tool is usually pretty accurate (except of course for parameters influenced by the employer or job market), but did you indicate there that you have a degree or not? Since you don't have a (recognised) one, you should input "no degree"!
I think your best chance is negotiating the salary above S$8000 and having them apply for a P1 EP - they are least often rejected.

Good luck,

The result is usually quite accurate, but I am surprized about this outcome.
Could you tell me all detils you entered? (By PM if you prefer not to post it openly.)
