Please can u check with somebody and let me know how far is Umm-Al Hassam from Seef District?? Can ladies travel in taxis alone??

Umm al Hassam is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Seef by car.

Ladies can travel alone by taxis here, but taxis here are a rip off. Very expensive for the short distances being covered. You may end up spending a lot on taxi fare.

A cheaper option is for you to arrange a "private" taxi with whom you can agree a monthly rate.

Ladies can travel in taxis alone. I live in Seef and it's impossible to rent a flat for 150-200BD around Almoayyed Tower. For one bedroom it's 400+ around here. You might want to look at Sannabis which is not far from Seef but not a nice area to live.
