I am Muhammed Roshan. I got an offer from a Singapore based company recently. They are proceeding with my S-pass application.  There is a minute difference in my full name mentioned in my passport and my bachelors degree certificate.  Will it lead to the rejection of my S-pass application ?

To prevent being rejected for such a small formality, you should explain (and have documents to prove) the reason for this error to MoM together with your S-Pass application. Or, if you have time, get a corrected certificate from your university before you apply.

The system is sometimes not or late updated to show current status. Be patient!
If it's over a month, ask your employer to contact MoM.
