I noticed the forum/category/destinations for Vietnam has some sub-directories that are underutilized. Probably because there are no Expats there. Most people use the HCMC forum/destination anyhow since that's where the majority of Expats live. How about making a Biên Hòa forum or renaming the Thái Nguyên category/sub-directory with Biên Hòa?

I know there are more Expats in Biên Hòa than Thái Nguyên. If you look at Thái Nguyên, there is like 1 post sans admin notes for the entire year. If there are any Expats in Thái Nguyên, then they can just use the Hà Nội forum/directory.

Any Expats from Biên Hòa like this idea?

Though are there really that many expats in BH? My current count is 16 (who I know... though we see each other fairly regularly on beer night).
