where can I get a copy of my decree absolute in Belgium? please help

Hi all, I was married my belgian husband in 1990 in England and then lived in Belgium. Our divorce was carried out in Belgium. I now need a copy of the decree absolute, where can I get this from? Please help!!!
I am back in England now.
