Hi my singapore EP is already approved, however my offer letter is changed by emoployer. means my employer nedds to apply again???? to get new In principle letter?? if yes ?? what is the process and how much time it takes.

Patience please. Someone will no doubt answer your post soon. Just remember forum members have other things to do other than stay online all day.

You have a valid visa (IPA letter) and thus can enter Singapore.
Your employer is bound to the terms given to MoM, so they cannot e.g. reduce pay or chamge other things for the worse. Of course salary increase or improvements of terms are always possible, they just need to inform MoM (as far as I know).
