I wonder if anyone can help or give me better insights. I have been offered a job of SGD 7500 as a Project Manager, I have a BSc degree, over 10 years of work experience in Dubai & my employment pass was rejected. I have not appealed yet. What could be the reason or how do I got about reappealing? Unfortunately, the one who handles the EP in the company who offered me the job is passive and I need to take matters in my hands.

I was also told that I can go through an agency/consultant. Is there any consultant that I can go through? Appreaciate any advise.

It is not possible to tell, from the very limited information you gave, what could be the reason for rejection.
Only the employer (i.e. your company) can apply and appeal. Sorry, but you cannot take matters into your own hand.
For the same reason, agencies or consultants cannot help you as well.
