Hello i am from Pakistan.
i have did b.sc hons in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University of England i want to know whether my Degree needs assessment from NZQA or not ?

Yes.
All qualification will be assessed regardless of which teaching institution they come from.

for the appropriate knowledge about the immigration and its producers you could always go to Newzealand immigration official website.
As far my knowledge if your degree is recognized from united kingdom then you are exempt for the assessment.
