Dear, My family (2 boys) and husband live in Khobar and are thinking of moving to Bahrain.
But the more we search into it the more it gets confusing!
My boys hopefully will be in the British School of Bahrain (Hamala), so it is better to find a place to live in that is both close to school and to the cause way (my husband will still work in Khobar).
We are thinking of buying an apartment and so our move to Bahrain will be more worth it!
We are looking for a semi-furnished 2-3 bedroom apartment/ small villa that is family friendly and safe, for a price range of 70000-80000 BD.

we will really appreciate any help!

Thank you in advance,

Hello there Natalia , I could help you out , I have a friend of mine , she works in Bahrain in the real estate sector :)

If you could PM me your number , I'll forward it to her

Would be glad to see you move to the The Pearl Island  :top:

Please do have a look at Bahrain Property World. You will find all sorts of properties for every price range.

My friend also specialises in the Saar and Hamala areas in real estate, I can ask her to contact you too. Good luck with the move. Ensure you get school places sorted before you move as they are all pretty full to bursting right now

You may not be able to buy in Hamala and Saar, unless you are a Bahraini or GCC national. The areas where non-GCC nationals can buy property are:
Juffair, Busaiteen, Seef District, Amwaj Islands, Riffa Views, Durrat al Bahrain, and the developments in Reef Island, Abraj Lulu, and similar.

You could get a decent 2-bedroom apartment in Juffair area in your price range.

Best wishes.
