Any western women living in Gizan, KSA? Considering joining my husband and just wondering If it's reqsonable to live there. I've lived in Saudi before, but we were close to Kuwait so we got a break on the weekends. Any info would be appreciated.

Gizan is on the border of yamen. There are two nice location in the area.

1 - Fursan island ( just an hour fairy travel ) from Gizan. You can take your car. All is free of cost.
2 - Abha - 150 KM from Gizan. Nice weather, green high mountains, cable car and very nice places with benches for BBQ picnic.

* Sea is also available at Gizan, Baish and Chagran towns...
* 2 months of hell-like summer with sand storm is causes miserable situation but the rest of the year is fine.
