My Epass renewal has been rejected and 2 appeals declined and the last appeal is pending. Problem is that my Epass expires in 4 days. What options do I have if they come back rejecting the appeal and only giving me 2 days to finish up everything and leave Singapore. Is there some type of short term extension or exchange into a Tourist Visa - what options do i have and what departments of the government do I need to speak with

As an Australian I guess you don't need tourist visa to visit Singapore or Malaysia so I guess you can go to Malaysia for a few days and come back to SG

It is not for me, it is for a Jordanian National

You don't have to worry that much. If they do not renew your Epass, normally they will give one month social visit pass and then you may extend your stay for another one month of social visit pass in Singapore.

As Alyssiawong already said: You will automatically receive an SVP on cancellation of your EP - it can be one month or two weeks for some nationalities (I don't know about Jordanians) and it is not renewable.
