Would someone give me the info I need in non legal format to know if and under what circumstances I could become a resident of Vietnam. I have a girlfriend there and the question is, Who goes where? I would like it to be me, to Vietnam, at least for a couple of years.
Is age an issue?
Do I have to prove a particular level of financial independence?
Must I be married?
Any other key issues.
