How do i prepare for S PASS ?

i am fuad from bangladesh. i m applying for s pass by a Singaporean manager who has a company also. he told me my application is approved but when i told him to send my s pass documents he told me to wait coz some paper not ready yet. so now i want to know that what type of paper need to prepare for s pass.. please let me know and how can i confirm that my application is approved..

The only thing you need is an IPA (in-principle approval) letter from MoM, with which you can enter Singapore. All the rest will be done once you're there.
