Hello,

If I get a work permit from a language school, would it allow me to quit this employer and work for somebody else? Also, would this work permit allow me to start my own business?

Provided you get your work permit through your current employer, I doubt that it would allow you to quit the current job and work for another employer. Not to mention that it would be unethical to do such an act.

You will have to check regarding the business with concerned govt authorities.
