Please share experience or any one having any idea, can i bring my Led Tv & home theater from Pakistan as regular baggage

Check the luggage policy of the air line by which you are travelling, especial attention given about the LxBxH, total weight and overall dimension after wrapping them completely. Else Cargo would be another option.

Pls Let me know, would they charge the custom duty on those used items at Saudi Airport ?

Yes Cargo is option but as items are delegate they might destroy the articles

The weight will cost you a fortune. The TV alone is likely to be more than your weight allowance.
The chances of damage are way too high.
Customs could give you hassle.
Transport from the airport will be a pain.
The stuff is very likey to create a lot of attention at the airport.

Electronics are cheaper to buy in KSA, also more recent models available, so better to buy new or used tv and home theater.
