Looks like I would like to start my journey in PV. What's the safe clean areas to rent? Wanna stay around 8000 pesos price range for 2 bd. Can go up some but I'd like to stay under.

Old Town is lots of fun. Central a bit less expensive. Conchas China a bit south of town. Hotel Zone very expensive
