Hi..
My wife and I have just arrived in Colima amd are happy with the surrounding.  We plan to stay in Mexico until March 1 and possibly return with our car.
We are now looking for an apartment or house to rent for the month of February and a Spanish tutor.
Any help will be appriciated.

If you are thinking of moving long term better to spend time in August when it is hot and humid.

1000 US is 18,000 pesos and you can probably find a nice place for half that.

The problem with Colima city is there is almost no Gringo community to network with. Manzanillo on the other hand has lots of Gringos.

While you may find a place with gas and electric they won't have phone/Internet ...... so it's Internet Cafes or a CEL modem
