need advice on danish divorce and custody!!!!!

can any one help danish lawyer wont do anything till it comes to court???? any advice from anyone who understands the danish system?????

if i already have full custody and now he wants to have deles forældre can he???? when he has not wanted to see his children after 7 years??? because i had no interpreter in 2004 thought i was divorced but i am only seperated !!!!
