Translation Office

I am looking for a good translation office where I can send the documents as jpg or pdf by email.
If possible translation from Vietnames to German or also from Vietnamese to Englisch.
I had not that good experience with such a translation office.
The translations from Vietnamese to German looks like they used Google Translate (I can do this better by Google Translate).
Therefore maybe better Vietnamese to English.
Notarized translations are not required.
Documents for translation are e.g. bank contracts, sales contracts, architect contracts, red books, etc.

The city or district Public Notary Office (Phòng Công Chứng) can do the translations into English for you at cheap rates.

I already know two of these notaries from a real estate matter.
But I want handle all via internet and email.
If this is too expensive, I will go to the public notary offices.
