Hi Friends,

My EP application was submitted by one of the biggest employers in Singapore. It is a direct full time role and the employer submitted my EP application directly on Jan 18. Today my employer received a message from MoM stating that the picture in my passport is not clear and a more clear copy of the passport should be uploaded. My employer uploaded a new copy of the passport within few hours. Has anyone experienced such a situation in the past? Based on your experience how long do you think it will take for MoM to respond if the new document is clear as per their expectations?

It’s quite common, if any doc is not clear then MoM will ask to re-upload it again. This has nothing to do with whether the employer is bigger or smaller.

Without any head and tail (your job role, educational background, number of yrs experiences, salary etc), how someone will say how many days it may take?

In rare case, it approves in a week or two, but in average it may take few weeks to a month. Good luck
