Your chances are limited unless you:

Hold a degree in an appropriate field
Have skills unavailable from the local workforce

Does your 12th pass non medical mean that you are a qualified Accountant? There are plenty of Indonesian accountants so you would be unlikely to be able to find a job like that. Why don't you try to find a job in the UK, as a citizen of a former British colony country you would probably have a better chance of finding work in the UK than in Indonesia.

May I know why someone from the Kashmir is so interested in moving to and working in Indonesia?

This is a simple matter of ability - your ability.
You must have skills unavailable from the local workforce or it will be close to impossible to find work.
