Shame there were too many page breaks! Suggest having it all on one page - slow to load every page - makes it harder and takes too long - page loads were longer than completing the page - I gave up!

I started to answer the questions on the survey but find the survey flawed. Therefore I quit it. It cannot be accurate with the way the questions are worded. Life is not black and white. The questions don’t allow for variables.
