Hope to retire with my family in Davao area in the Summer of 2022. The pandemic should be about behind us by then. Hopefully till then everyone stays healthy as possible. Until then need to survive 2 more winters in Alaska. The awesome Summers almost make up for the dark cold winters. As I age the winters do seem to get longer. The lucky residents are the ones that love both seasons. If you ever do get the chance, I recommend you come up in June or July during our almost 24 hours of daylight. The hundreds of Tourists I talked to had more than enjoyed their stay here. My favorite compliment that I have been told, even the air in downtown Anchorage smells fresh.

Back on topic. Retire to the Philippines? Yep, sit and watch.

Cheers, Steve.

Yup will watch out for the election results & try staying in topic... thats after I've watched this movie the 'american gangster' by Ridley Scott.

:D

.
Was just listening to Ray Charles' rendition of Georgia In My Mind on YouTube.
It really sounded very good today.

Please spare a thought for the millions of voters who are hurting now (They all wanted/aspired for something better in these tough times with their chosen politician)....It may/may not have happened but nothing for us to joke about....We all want to see an United America that shines its light to all other developing countries.
As bigpearl says ultimately it affects the future of all here as well as mankind.

Sorry I have a problem with a White Supremist in the White House. Elections have consequences , hurt feelings are part of them. How do you think Democrats felt  after 2016?  It's time us Americans joined the majority of the free world and denounced racism.

i have to agree with you after all bidens racist comments and actions over the past 40 years, its going to be hard having a white supremacist in the white house now.(and a senile one at that)

Three wise men: Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer and Jerry Nadler bearing gifts (votes) visited the manger, a stable full of Jackasses and by "IMMACULATE DECEPTION" claimed Baby Biden the savior.

Hahaha..I posted those INITIAL comments

"Please spare a thought for the millions of voters who are hurting now (They all wanted/aspired for something better in these tough times with their chosen politician)....It may/may not have happened but nothing for us to joke about....We all want to see an United America that shines its light to all other developing countries.

It was removed (lucky that Lat 61 fwd the message)
Just goes to show that its not only in the USA...the world entire system reeks (some more than others) with racism/favouritism/deception...whatever it takes to secure the vote/mandate (lie/steal/plunder/who cares anymore)....I'd share that same sentiment...as long as the leader I choose will benefit me & my immediate family...fxxk everything else....scxxw the beauty speaches,
skewed facts & figures that are being reported/portrayed about "fairness & principles" (all to be taken with a pinch of salt)..."IT" does NOT exist anymore...you scratch my back I'll scratch yours...the wider you read the more you realize you've been taken for a ride all along.
But again I'd like to emphasize what happens in the USA ultimately
affects the futures of all of us.
