Hi Beppi, Surya, and anybody who can assist,

I would like to asked if previously my S Pass application was rejected due to ineligibility to apply for work pass  (MOM did not specifically mentioned what is the issues), will it leave a record on MOM's website or have an impact on my future application with future employers if they chose to hire me?

Thank you

I was also rejected last time during my renewal for the reason "You are no longer qualify for Spass Criteria". Got a new employer now still working with Spass condition

A past rejection is stored in MoM's database and will certainly be known to any officer processing your subsequent ones. If that has a negative influence depends on whether the rejection reason has been addressed (i.e. removed). Since there are many possible rejection reasons (and criteria also change over time, in recent years becoming ever stricter), there is no certain way to tell without trying.
