I work at company1.
I resigned company1 and about to join company2.
company1 is not cancelling/delaying cancellation.
What could go wrong in such case and how do i need to handle.

Since you cannot hold two passes at the same time, EP1 must be cancelled before EP2 can be issued - and only then can you start work at company2.
Company1must cancel EP1 without delay after you leave the job. If they don't, remind them. If they refuse, contact MoM with written proof (resignation letter, refusal to cancel).
