Hi,
I’m Vaishali working in Singapore on S-Pass.
My husband’s EP got canceled and he can stay in Singapore until  27-March. My 1st daughter is 2.5 years old and she was dependent under my husband.
My case is very sensitive I delivered baby on 23-Feb-2021 (it Cesarean operation )my new born baby is under weight and going through jaundice treatment. My husband’s employer applied for his stvp extension to MOM on 3rd March but it got rejected by MOM.
In current situation my baby don’t have passport and cannot travel , still there are doctors appointments and checkup’s going on.
Kindly suggest how can we get extension at least for a month. As last date for stvp is 28th March and there are flights on 25 and 30 March.
25th March we have doctors appointments.
Can anyone suggest how can extend stay for my husband and daughter?
Can ICA help on this?

I understand that you and the baby have continuing valid visas.
Only your husband and the daughter's ones expire.
Thus you will probably not convince the authorities that the two are connected. After all, they can leave Singapore while you stay on, if you desire so. If you want them to stay on, too, you could try to convert your daughter's DP to you, and get a DP for your husband as well. This requires a monthly income of S$6000 or more.

Thank you Beppi for the reply.
Unfortunately my salary is less than 6K so cannot make dependent my kids.
Is it possible if I apply student pass for my daughters on the basis of application can I make her stay here. As she is 2.5 year’s old so cannot stay without me.
Or any other visa can apply with the sponsor so that I can make her stay here at least for 3 months.

A student visa is possible for full-time students. But the authorities do not issue it if they have the impression that it is used to circumvent the DP requirements, as in your case.
