I am stunned

Post new topic

Please forgive me for those not mentioned (Cynic is also very good ), but I am really stunned (positively) by the know how and views of a few of the longstanding contributors on the forum. (Notably Fluffy and Marilyn).
It really makes the forum worthwhile visiting.

Not a real thread but a compliment which HAS to be posted.

I thank you but really my comments are often flip and silly.
I wonder why I am the only female posting on here?
Makes me feel odd sometimes to be honest.
Read they are extending the current lockdown measure here in HU.
Bummer!

I wish more people would contribute on this site.
I noticed at least 40 people have viewed this .
Silent majority?

Technically I don't live in Hungary but across the border in Austria. I do try and add some content to the group if that counts?

But on a whole many of the country forums on the site are that active due to COVID.

By the way sorry to not mention simcityat

You suggest the boys get sex-change surgeries at the genderbender?😂💖

Not a very PC posting that might get deleted.

In any case you are way behind the times on classifications of gender identity - apart from the traditional two, there's trans,  gender queer, non-binary and so on.

It shouldn't matter what you are or what you present as.

Diversons are good.  It's COVID-land.   We need something  positive! And that's not a COVID19 test.

I was watching a TV show last night (Get Shorty - great show by the way).

There was a party scene where everyone is in fancy dress and they were playing Jeepster by T-Rex.

I often forget about Marc Bolan and T-Rex but he did some really great work.

I posted ages ago about being 15 and passing out from lack of fresh air at a T-Rex concert only to find myslef on stage in the middle of Bang-A-Gong.
I was lifted by other concert goers to the stage or get crushed.
If anyone was "trans" it was good ol' Marc Bolan, heard he was a "witch" as well.
I attened an outdoor concert event in San Diego with freinds, half were gay men. I was 17 and the guy who's house we stayed at with his parents( openly gay in the 70's with parents who understood) well, he decided to dress me up for the concert. I was game, he dressed me up in "full drag" I wore his grandfathers tux top hat and all to the concert ( vintage 1930's).Saw Foghat, they were good, I was checking out the singers gold lame pants as I walked by and he was checking out my tux.
I've never been afraid to break the rules but now at my age, it is best to let others break the ice. I no longer care about shaking up the world.
The most embarrassing thing I think I did to my husband was in front of his high flying but redneck friends at a club in Hllywood when we were still just dating.
We sat in a group of about 3 couples drinking and watching people dance.
2 women danced together and my husband's friend laughed and made rude comments about them.
I couldn't stand it so I just got up and started to dance with those women. Song over I sat down like nothing odd happened.Yes, I got weird looks from all the Hungarians...My poor hubby, I always do something odd and mess him up.
I wonder why I'm not popular?
I wanted to throw their BS in their faces before it was a thing like now.
I'm straight as an arrow but can't stand to see people being picked on.
