Spelling mistake in Job posting before applying work pass

Hello Friends,

I wanted to know whether there will be an issue for Spass or Epass application (renewal but not same company) if there is spelling mistake in the job posting in jobs bank. For example in the job title rather than "Specialist" if it is "Specialsit". It is simply typing error.

Apart from this everything looks good. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks in advance,

Have a nice weekend.

Such small and obvious errors do not change the validity of the listing, I would assume.
But "renewal but not same company" is not a renewal - it is a new employer, new job, new work pass, with all the risks involved!

Hii Beppi,

Thanks a lot for your reply. As the job posting deadline is already over. So do you think the new company should correct that mistake before applying for the pass or just apply like that?
Yes, you are right risk will be there but my present company is still not sure about my renewal. My boss is just delaying the talk for renewal. My pass is going to expire in june. So I am thinking of taking a chance with new comapny first if gets rejected and if my present company is interested then they can apply for the renewal.
One question is after getting rejection from new company in how many days we can file another application from present company?

Hoping to hear from you. :)

An application can be submitted right after the previous one was rejected.

Hii Beppi, Thanks a lot for your reply. I really appreciate it.  :)

As mentioned in earlier message the job posting has been expired already so should it be corrected now before applying or just process as is with fingers crossed? Whether MOM officers will reject due to that Spelling mistake?

Thanks in Advance.

Hoping to hear from you.

I don't think such a small typing error needs a correction.
But your employer's HR probably knows best.

Thanks a lot beppi for your help.
Have a great weekend.
