DP Status - No Records Found

Hi,

Last week Thursday (12th of March 2022) my HR applied the dependent pass to my spouse as well as my daughter (11 Months Old).

The next day Friday Morning my spouse DP got approved because she was in singapore from 2019 to March 2021 after that she went to India. Now i will try to bring back both of them to Singapore.

When i check into MOM portal to check the status of my daughter DP there is No Record's found. My daughter's one is the new DP. Can you help me how long will take time to update the data into their system or is there any issue?

Your employer should contact MoM to find out what is happening!
