Hi Everyone

Can a college non college gradute get an Spass in Singapore? Undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Info. technology in the Phippines. So currently I only have my high school Diploma.

Company offered $4,000

And willing to apply spass for me for Project Admin post

Ive done the SAT, it says chance of getting an Spass.

S-Pass requires a technical certificate (e.g. Polytechnic diploma), not a degree.

High school is not enough.

Cos my friend studied Bachelors Degree but only finished almost 3yrs.. he is undergraduate.. any chace?

Wanderer: A transcript is not a certificate, as fas as I understand. But he can of course ask MoM for a definitive reply.

I can only repeat that S-Pass requires a technical certificate (e.g. Polytechnic diploma). Whether a transcript of an unfinished degree course is acceptable as such, only MoM can tell - but I honestly doubt it.
