I started receiving my foreign pension from August 2022.

I received my residency in November 2022.

I got my NHR in January 2023.

In 2024, I will begin paying taxes.

For what time period will I pay my first lot of taxes in 2024? From August 2022? From November 2022? From January to December 2023?

The IRS tax statement to be filed in 2024 (from 1 April to 30 June 2024) relates to income earned in the whole 2023. In your case, given your NHR status, you will benefit from this tax reduction.
