Hello good afternoon sa lahat,, Gusto ko sana mag tanong, regarding sa status ko,kung paano lalakarin ang papers ko,, 9 yrs ago nkakuha n ko ng desisiyon galing sa Taiwan, na divorce na kami ng asawa ko duon sa kanila,, ngayon sa Pilipinas aNO ang gagawin ko para maibalik ko ang apelyido ko sa pagkadalaga uli, at kung gaano katagal ang proseso sa pag ayos ng ganitong klaseng dokumento. Salamat po ng madami.

If your spouse filed the divorce, just bring the copy of your divorce paper to the NSO.

you have to hire a lawyer and explain everything to your lawyer.and present to the lawyer all you devorce paper's. you can hire private lawyer or (PAO) public attorneys office its free at all.bring all your ducument NSO) Records.
you write your post topic in pilipino (tagalog) plz you write your post in English so everyone can understand and participate even some of them can help share there opinion or experience about devorce.

Hello everyone...

Me and My boyfriend plans already to get married, but I need first to annulled my first marriage to my ex husband. We already visit Law Office and soon we start the processing of the case... we need to pay almost P130k and it takes one year! Anyone here knows that P130k is a good price or Lawyer ask too much money from us? And what are the things we need to know to avoid fake lawyer? I am happy if someone can give to me some ideas on what to do.
