I have a question, my friend husband is overstayed in the philippines??

He wants to go back on his country?? how he can go back without paying a lot on the philippines immigration..

WHat is the process??

If he has overstayed he will have to pay a fine to immigration.
I suggest he goes to an immigration office and explains why he overstayed and see what comes of it.
