Hi my name is Lee, me and my girlfriend are looking to open a coktail bar and grill in dagupan and i cant seem to find any to rent or buy online. we are not moving over till december 2013 but we still want to get a look at whats on offer. any help you guys n girls could give would be great.

hi versan,

we are looking for a place in central dagupan hopefully close to the student/university area. we are just looking for a small bar to start as we will be spending a most of our money on re-branding equipment and re-design, also we would need somewhere with a small kitchen in back.
