hi!....Procedures to get married to a french

can i ask what is the requirements need to comply so that we can married a french man,how much cost for appliction?thank you and godblessed all.

Actually, the French administrative requirements are not outstanding. You need to contact by phone the mairie of the city that you or your fiancé live in. They will take your data and get back to you concerning the necessary paperwork on your end, because obviously they will have to look up specifics.

You can get a jump on things by checking internet for these specifics to your country. Basic info required are birth certificate of less than 3 months, certified letters stating that you are not already married in your home country... It's best to do this as early as possible because some requirements can be difficult to meet.

Additional considerations include : mariage contract (either freehand, it's the less expensive form but easily contested in a court of law, to notarized versions that ran us about 400€), at least one witness for each of you, with a photocopy of their identity cards, stating whether you want to exchange rings, and use opening and closing music.
