Hello i just want information about. "do i need to provide invitation letter from a relative,friend or agency. To enter cambodia? Im flying with cebu pacific

I take it you are a Filipina? As a member of an ASEAN country, you do not need a visa for stays up to 21 one days. If it is longer than that, you can get a one-month visa at the airport without an invitation letter.

No, you don't need any such letter.  Like the rest of us you only need a visa which you can easily get upon arrival.
