Israeli wants to come to Amsterdam

Hi people, my sister in law wants to come to Amsterdam to live and work here. Can someone please give me some advice what she needs to be able to work here? Does she need the sponsorship for a work visa, or can we request this through the fact she is family?

Hi Dennis,

Welcome to the Forum. At the top of the page is our Handy Tools section; if you get your sister-in-law to look at that, it will answer many questions she may have.

She will have to first find a job and get sponsored, then go through the MVV process like all other non-EU/EEA citizens. Unless she is a skilled worker, she'll probably find it difficult to get a job without speaking Dutch.
