Recognition of foreign qualifications in Sweden

Hello everyone,

Were your professional qualifications recognised in Sweden? What country did you complete your qualifications in? What profession are you in?

Did you have to go through any formalities to get your qualifications recognised, such as to have them translated?

If your qualifications weren't recognised, were there any additional tests or exams you had to complete before you were able to practice your profession in Sweden or continue with your studies?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Hi

Its really terrible in Stockholm. Without the knowledge of Swedish language it is very difficult to find even a small job.

If you are coming from IT or graphic designing, there will be lot of opportunities. Lot of Indians have their own companies here so it will be easier to find a job. If you can get the personal number here, you can learn Swedish free of charge. It takes time since you have to practice it everyday.

Good luck and let me know if you need any information. Mail me through ***

Thanks
Mithila
