I am a USA citizen I am planning to move to Turkey end of 2019 Summer, I have a question about my car, can I bring my car to Turkey and what is the rules and what kind of fees that I have to pay.

If your car is not top class dont bother. Just go to Bulgaria and buy new ine from there. Its much cheaper considering costs of shipment
