Approved as resident visa own a property

Hi,
We wanna know if we are approved for resident visa, can we own a property.

There is no resident extension of stay (visa).

All expats are residents if they reside in Cambodia for more than 180 days per year, but it gives no advantage and certainly not for buying property.

You can go for citizenship but for that I believe you have to be in country for 5 years, know about the history and culture of the country and speak Khmer language, read and write it.
